Surrounded by dairy farms and fruit fields in the eastern tip of County Meath, Nicola Smyth works out of her home kitchen to produce small batches of award-winning homemade jams, jellies, marmalades, curds, chutneys and dessert sauces.

Surrounded by dairy farms and fruit fields in the eastern tip of County Meath, Nicola Smyth works out of her home kitchen to produce small batches of award-winning homemade jams, jellies, marmalades, curds, chutneys and dessert sauces.


One taste of her outstanding raspberry and vanilla jam and you’ll know why it’s her best seller, but the lemon curd is a close second and her banana jam is always a talking point at her market stall. Other ones to try are the pear and vanilla jam, chilli jelly and a pineapple and chilli chutney that is a fantastic accompaniment to ham and mature cheese.


Nicola also offers personalised favours, perfect for weddings, corporate events and conferences, birthdays or hen parties.


You can find Nicola at various markets and fairs and her products are stocked in an impressive number of speciality shops around the country, but you can also order online.
