Former restaurateurs Garrett Bradshaw and Deirdre Waddock\'s established a great reputation for the quality of the food at The Pig\'s Tale, the restaurant that they ran very successfully in the centre of Gorey for some time.
In fact their own home produced pork, and the pork products that Garrett incorporated into his menus, became so popular that they launched their own delicious Pigs Tale Black and White Puddings onto the retail market - and they were so well received that they decided to close the restaurant and focus on production.
Garrett and Deirdre also have a Food Truck that attends festivals - where they are proud to be "flying the banner for Co Wexford and presenting their message of high welfare meat and great tasting local produce on a national stage" - and is available for other events.
