Attractively situated in its own grounds on the edge of Portadown, this fine hotel has been in the same ownership for many years but underwent a major makeover some years ago.

The design is innovative and easy on the eye and, while its popularity is leading to a little tiredness in the decor, the tone of the whole development is set by stylish public areas; an outstanding feature is the comprehensive and well-planned wheelchair friendliness, which allows easy access and use of facilities throughout the building.

In the contemporary bedrooms warm, rich fabrics are teamed with good work space for business guests; executive rooms have extra facilities and there are also two honeymoon suites.

The hotel has good business/conference facilities and a separate function entrance has its own dramatic lobby/reception area.

Bar and restaurant areas are designed with care, looking on to a pleasant courtyard garden.
