Rezidor Park Inn Shannon Airport

Children welcome (under 2s free in parents room, cot available without charge, baby sitting arranged). Rooms 114. Blairs Restaurant, open daily 11am-10pm. Closed 24-27 Dec. Amex, Diners, MasterCard, Visa. abbreviations

On the practical side it also offers unbeatable convenience for travellers recovering from or preparing for international flights. The hotel is fully sound-proofed and, although  bedrooms are not in the top league and the decor may not be to everybody's taste, they are quite comfortable and have the amenities expected of a modern hotel.

Activities/facilities available on-site include a fitness room, and steam room, while there is walking, fishing, golf and horse riding nearby.

Day trips can be arranged to local sites, such as the Cliffs of Moher or the Aillwee Caves, including admission and full day transport.
