Mossies is situated in lovely gardens just outside the village of Ardrigole and, having been lovingly restored by David and Lorna Ramshaw, this old house now makes a wonderful place to stay, with elegant and stylish public rooms and very comfortable bedrooms.

More than just a B&B, this is really a country house experience and guests are offered the opportunity to dine in.

This you would be very wise to do, as Lorna is an accomplished cook and offers a fine dining dinner, using locally sourced ingredients, beautifully presented on the plate.

As this peninsula offers the visitor very little in the way of comfort and style, Mossie’s is a place to be cherished. Booking ahead strongly advised.

*Mossies came into new ownership in 2013 but David and Laura live nearby, and Lorna remains involved with Mossies.
