The spacious lobby makes a good meeting place and, with a fairly priced underground car park, 15 meeting rooms, a large conference/banqueting room (400 delegates) and a business centre, plus air conditioning and complimentary wireless broadband throughout, the hotel caters particularly well for business guests.

Meeting rooms are available in a range of sizes and include a video-conferencing suite; all have floor-to-ceiling windows, WiFi, coffee machines and mineral water – and an especially desirable executive meeting room on the seventh floor has its own bar and views across the city.

While there are no on-site fitness amenities, guests have complimentary access to the  énergie Fitness Club on nearby Clarendon Street (just five minutes walk from the hotel) where the facilities include a full gym, swimming pool, sauna, and plunge pool.

Check in is very efficient and the accommodation - which includes business class rooms, and various suites including a Presidential Suite - is predictably well-appointed. Details such as ice machines and shoe buffers make welcome extras for both business and leisure guests, and all rooms have above-average facilities including laptop sized safe and mini bar. Business class rooms enjoy terrace views and other perks, including a Nespresso® coffee machine, complimentary pay-TV movies, turndown service, bathrobe and slippers.

The famous Radisson breakfast buffet is served in V'n V (Verre en Vers), a stylish dining room which operates as a brasserie style restaurant for other meals and serves very good food. At breakfast, large display tables offer a wide variety of cereals, cheeses, meats, yogurts, smoothies, juices, breads, smoked fish, fresh fruits etc, all replenished regularly, and the hot food is served directly from the kitchen.

As well as the main bar ('SURE'), which is bright and welcoming, The Vintage Room offers somewhere for a quieter drink and there's a circular bar ('O') for private parties (30).
