Patti Moss's background is in marketing and - with recipes inspired by her Irish grandmother's cookery book and products all named after friends and relatives - her experience is being put to good use in this relatively young company, which specialises in flavoursome handmade jams, marmalade, relishes, sauces, and salad dressings.
