No stranger to awards, Associated Craft Butchers of Ireland (ACBI / www.craftbutchers.ie) member Jim Flavin is 'Limerick's sausage king'. He's been a fixture in Castletroy since 1996 and has earned a loyal following for his excellent meat and butchery products.
Flavins is especially renowned for the quality of the beef raised on the family farm at Grange, where their own maize plays an important role in the feeding regime, and they take great pride in 'farm to fork' traceability.
Aside from a wide range of meats and meat products, Flavins also sell fish and fresh fruit and vegetables.
