Former award-winning chef from Delphi Lodge, Cliodhna Prendergast’s latest project is Breaking Eggs (www.breakingeggs.com), an innovative online cookery programme for parents and children championing family cooking.
Each attractive 10-minute video is designed to appeal to kids and features her three young children sourcing ingredients – maybe mushroom foraging, gathering eggs or fishing for mackerel – before helping cook up a simple and tasty family meal.
The step-by-step recipes are shot in Cliodhna’s beautiful Connemara home and are simple, and fun, for kids to follow. There’s a colourful website and blog too.
