Ferdinand Vandaele and Helena Hemeryck have been making these outstanding treats since 1996, using top quality Belgian chocolate (for flavour, gloss and 'snap'), and the freshest local ingredients.
No artificial preservatives are used, and the range includes over 30 handmade chocolates created by the couple, some of which may be seasonal.
Some of their chocolates are unlike anything else available in Ireland - the divine cherry liqueurs, containing whole cherries complete with stones, for example, would usually have to be imported from France (where they are also unusual).
Chez Emily also produce Belgian chocolate bars and chocolate figurines, and personalised chocolate wedding favours - which are beautifully presented.
