You could be forgiven for thinking you have stepped back in time - and into the local community - when visiting 3rd generation grocer Michael Cosgrove's delightful traditional shop, which has been trading since 1898 and not only sells all manner of good things but also offers a level of personal service that is becoming increasingly rare, even in Ireland.


It's a place where regular customers are known by name, and you'll find more real choice than in any of the big multiples.
