French bakers work through the night at Fintan and Michelle Hyland's bakery, to provide fresh croissants and other exquisite fare when the shop opens at 7.30a.m.
The Gourmet Tart Company has a philosophy of celebrating good food at a fair price; what started as a French-style bakery using artisan techniques has become a foodie haven of bakery, deli, and gourmet food shop.
Expanded by popular demand, the range offered now includes savoury items (all available for take-away in biodegradable boxes) and oustanding sandwiches. All products are made from natural ingredients and are chemical-free.
