After many years as hoteliers in the town (and a family tradition of inn-keeping that goes back 200 years), Rosaleen and the late Tom Maher established a great reputation for the comfort and warm hospitality offered at this delightful period house.
Just across the bridge from the town, it's on a rise with its own river frontage and beautiful views over the Shannon.
A pathway through gardens leads down to the river and there is fishing (coarse) on site.
It has now been taken over by one of their sons, Ronan, and his wife Grainne, who are gradually refurbishing this lovely property.
