Dating back to 1822, Dunns of Dublin is Ireland's oldest fish company and remained in the family until it was sold to another family-run company, Oceanpath, in 2006. Their factory is now in Finglas, Dublin 11 (www.dunns.ie), and they have a shop on Howth's West Pier.
Smoked seafood products are their speciality smoked salmon (wild when available, Irish Organic, and farmed salmon), of course, but also other smoked and ready to eat seafood products such as Irish trout (including organic), mackerel, gravad lax and a unique blackened salmon which is marinated using an Irish stout.
