Overlooking Lough Swilly, and set in its own grounds on the edge of the heritage town of Ramelton, Bert and Anne Campbell’s lovely and immaculately maintained Victorian house is well-located for touring Donegal and Glenveagh National Park.

It is not too grand and has the comfortable atmosphere of a family home - the drawing room and dining room are both furnished with antiques and have open fires, making this a very warm and comfortable place to return to after a day out.

Individually decorated bedrooms with views over the lough or nearby hills all have their own character and are charmingly furnished (Anne is very handy with a sewing machine and time available in the winter is well used for guests’ comfort).

Home baking is a speciality - guests are welcomed with tea and freshly baked scones on arrival, and there's home baked bread served with breakfast too. No dinners, but Anne can recommend pubs and restaurants nearby.

A charming and well equipped self catering cottage alongside the house is also available.
