Everybody loves Diane Whyte’s beautifully located and charming Georgian house, and her genuine hospitality.
The house is set peacefully in seven acres of garden and paddock, with views over Strangford Lough to the Mourne mountains and a National Trust wildfowl reserve.
Sensitively restored and modernised for the comfort of guests, Edenvale offers an exceptionally high standard of both accommodation and hospitality. Guests are warmly welcomed and well fed, with excellent traditional breakfasts and afternoon tea with homemade scones.
No evening meals are offered, but Diane directs guests to whichever of the local restaurants will best suit their needs.
Edenvale is close to the National Trust property Mount Stewart, renowned for its gardens, and also convenient to Rowallane and Castle Ward.
