Tarmonbarry or Termonberry as it is also called, (Irish: Tearmann Berach) is a village next to the River Shannon in County Roscommon. It is located where the N5 National primary route crosses the River Shannon. East of the bridge part of the village lies in County Longford. It is a popular stop off point for people cruising the Shannon on pleasure boats. It is also popular with anglers.
