Rosturk Woods & Waterfall House

Rosturk Woods is located on the unspoiled west coast of Ireland, between the historic, attractive town of Westport (25km) and the renowned landscapes of Achill Island (17 km).

We have two self catering houses situated on the clean, sandy tidal seashore of Clew Bay and its islands, in private secluded woodland. Both houses have separate private access to the seashore leading you through the woodland to the water's edge. When the tide is out there is theoption of walking out amongst the islands on the hard sandy foreshore. This can either be a short stroll or a longer exploration as far as the nearby village of Mulrany.

Both houses are individually furnished and finished to a high standard ensuring comfort combined with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. They are south facing with spacious living areas, well equipped kitchens and lots of books for good holiday reading.

There is a hard surface tennis court and a games room on site. Boat trips are easily arranged from the house to enable people to enjoy the spectacular views of Clew Bay and its islands. Fly, River and Coarse fishing are also available locally.
