Alix Gardener offers practical, fun, and informal cookery classes in Ballsbridge, in central Dublin.

Trained at The Cordon Bleu and Leith’s in London, Alix Gardner is a founder member of Euro-Toques Ireland (est. 1989) and was the first to set up a practical cookery school in this country. She has now been teaching all levels of cookery for over 20 years, and has also written on food extensively and worked on television.

The range of practical and demonstration classes offered includes everything from beginners, baking and healthy eating to entertaining, coporate bonding, children's workshops and world cuisine demos at lunchtime.

Alix also offers private classes for individuals and groups - and a catering service. True to her Euro-Tqoues principles, she is committed to using the best quality, natural, local ingredients - and on her website you will find a very useful information page on suppliers to both the cookery school and catering service .
